How much does it cost?
Depending on the options (colors, over the truck bed rails,
etc.) a typical truck bed lining will cost between $350 and $500.
Because each dealership is independently owned and operated, prices
will vary.
Can I take it out?
Rhino
Linings are designed as permanent protection for your vehicle.
The lining performs so well that almost no one has ever wanted
or needed it removed.
How thick is it?
In
truck beds, TUFF STUFF® polyurethane is sprayed on up to 1/4"
on the floor and 1/8" on walls. For other applications, the lining
can be sprayed on as thick as necessary.
Does the lining have to be black?
No!
In addition to black, red, gray and blue linings are often standard
at dealerships. The linings can also be custom dyed to match your
exact color specifications.
Does it fade?
When
a UV topcoat is applied, your lining will maintain its original
gloss and color.
Does the lining require special care?
To
keep the lining clean, wash it as you would the rest of your vehicle.
Applying our Rhino Shine after cleaning will keep the lining in
top condition.
What about the other accessories on my truck?
Accessories are best installed after the lining is applied.
You should pre-drill all holes then have TUFF STUFF® polyurethane
sprayed on to seal exposed edges before mounting accessories such
as a fifth wheel hitch. The linings follow the contours of your
pick-up, allowing you to install campers, shells, or any other
accessory that was made to fit your truck.
Can I get a customized surface texture?
Yes!
TUFF STUFF® polyurethane can be sprayed to achieve a surface texture
to your specifications.
Will the lining hold up in very rugged conditions and
in temperature extremes?
Yes!
Rhino Linings will not warp, crack, peel or split because of weather
or other environmental factors.
